Self-Esteem
Self-Esteem is defined as the value you place on your self-image. It describes the way you feel about yourself. A person with high self-esteem typically feels good about their overall perspective of themselves. Their skills, abilities, relationships, appreciation, goals become more advanced due to their positive outlook. There are three general parts to your self-esteem: Self-Image, Body Image and Self Acceptance.
